CFO
Scott A. Rozanski
Scott Rozanski is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Good Days Adolescent Special Needs Center. His career spans diverse fields, from serving in the U.S. Navy with Fighter Squadron VF-32 as an Intelligence Specialist, where he interpreted aerial imagery from the F-14, to studying culinary arts in Columbus, Ohio.
After relocating to Toledo to complete his education, Scott earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toledo and a Master of Science from the University of Findlay in 1993.
In 2000, Scott launched a private-duty in-home care company called Home Instead in Toledo, Ohio, which rapidly became one of the fastest-growing franchises in the network and remains one of the most profitable offices out of over 2000 offices.
With over 25 years of experience managing business finances, Scott brings his unwavering dedication and passion to the Good Days Adolescent Special Needs Center — a mission deeply personal to him and his wife, Lisa, as proud parents of Eli, who is non-verbal and on the autism spectrum. Their journey has given them a firsthand understanding of the challenges families face, and it's this experience that drives the leadership team's commitment to delivering compassionate, impactful support and services to adolescents with special needs.
