Life Skills Training Integrated with Occupational Therapies

Our life skills workshops are designed to provide adolescents with special needs the opportunity to develop essential skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. Through various activities and exercises, we aim to foster independence and confidence.

Speech therapy and occupational therapy are woven directly into your child's individualize program to support progress in both communication and motor skills.

On-Site Occupational Health and Speech Therapy Sessions

We are proud to offer on-site speech and occupational therapy sessions tailored to meet each adolescent’s unique needs. Our speech therapy focuses on strengthening communication and language skills, while occupational therapy supports daily living abilities, motor coordination, and sensory development. Providing these therapies on-site ensures your child receives consistent, integrated support that promotes growth, confidence, and most of all independence.

Social Interaction Activities

We offer a range of activities such as group activities, team-building exercises, and social clubs to encourage socialization and peer interaction. These activities are designed to create a sense of community and belonging.

Our approach nurtures self-esteem, teamwork, and conflict resolution through group projects, peer mentoring, and daily collaborative social activities.

Therapeutic Arts and Crafts and Music

Our art club provides therapeutic art and craft and music sessions, allowing adolescents to express themselves creatively and develop fine motor skills. These sessions are facilitated by our instructors in a nurturing environment.

Sensory Room

The sensory room at Good Days Adolescent Special Needs Center provides a calming environment with activities that improve focus, reduce anxiety, and enhance emotional regulation. By engaging with different textures, sounds, and visuals, students can relax and better manage sensory sensitivities, supporting their growth and independence.

At Good Days Adolescent Special Needs Center, we do offer tailored support for neurodivergent adolescents who benefit from additional structure and guidance. For students with higher levels of independence, our team provides adaptive training and functional enrichment in areas such as literacy, numeracy, digital navigation, and social reasoning. These sessions are non-graded, designed to promote confidence and life-readiness, and are not intended to replace traditional academic schooling.

Disclaimer : Good Days Center is not a registered private school and does not grant diplomas or academic credits. All program content is delivered as part of a therapeutic life skills framework.
