The Problem
Most services for children with special needs begin to fade just when they are needed most -- during adolescence.
Families in Southwest Florida are often left searching for meaningful support that prepares their child for real life. And without the right environment, neurodivergent teens can struggle to build the real-world skills they need for adulthood.
The Good Days Difference
At Good Days Center in Fort Myers, Florida, we focus on practical, everyday skills that build confidence and independence.
-
Daily living routines (doing dishes, laundry, making/stripping bed, setting table, preparing food, etc.)
-
Personal hygiene
-
Social interaction and communication
-
Responsibility and accountability
-
Real-world task completion

"My son has only been attending Good Days for a short of three weeks and I can't say more than enough good things about the Center! Lisa, the owner, is truly the most caring, compassionate, and sweetest person! She is someone that truly gets it! The Center does not feel like just any facility, but like a family! Cierra, the occupational therapist that oversees the children's goals is very attentive and thorough. Anytime I reach out to her at any time of the day she is very quick to respond. Although the Center is relatively new, I have no doubt that this will become a number one center in Southwest Florida for those with disabilities. I couldn't be happier and I'm so excited to see my child grow with this family and Center. They incorporate so many cool programs, including yoga, art and music enrichment, and so many great life skills that ABA does not touch on. I am truly so happy about finding the Center, and if I could craft the perfect place for my son, it would be this exact program."
